How do I qualify for fleet registration?
Answer
You need to have 10 or more commercially registered vehicles at all times. Passenger vehicles, off highway vehicles and permanent trailers do not qualify.

What are the benefits of being fleet?
Answer
Plenty! You will be issued a “continuous” registration for each vehicle, eliminating the need to put a new one in each vehicle every year. You also have the option dividing your payments up through the year; instead of one big renewal in December, you can do it quarterly. Best of all, you will have access to our VIP fleet desk where our most knowledgeable commercial staff will be able to answer all your questions.

Do I still have to renew every year?
Answer
Yes, renewals are still required. You will receive a fleet renewal notice from the government that lists all your active registrations. After you review the notice for accuracy, you send it to us with the insurance information. We will pre-process everything and all you need to do is submit payment. We have a VIP fleet desk that will allow for ease of service.

Do I have to come to the office to renew my fleet?
Answer
We can facilitate most services via email, freeing up your time to focus on other important duties. Depending on any changes or payment options, we may need a short visit – but rest assured you will have a seamless experience with our VIP fleet desk.

What are payment options for fleet renewals?
Answer
Totals over $10,000 must be in the form of certified cheque, bank draft, or EFT. Amounts smaller than that can also be paid by cheque and debit, so long as your bank will allow that transaction dollar amount. While credit card payments are convenient, please note that they incur a charge of 3-4% via OptionPay. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Do you do prorate services as well?
Answer
Yes, this is another one of our specialties. Our staff has many years of experience processing prorate services. We can also take some of your administrative burden off by facilitating your fee notices through the prorate office for you at an additional fee. US funds for prorate are handled differently, but we can walk you through the process.

I do not qualify for fleet, can you still help me?
Answer
Absolutely. We have other service options for when you don’t qualify for fleet but still need multiple vehicles taken care of. We can facilitate renewals in other ways using a spreadsheet (we have a template if you need one), or whatever is easiest for you.
